is a super pretty mare
who does not deserve the bad picture we
took. With a perfect heart on her
forehad she does deserve her name, though.
Verdict is still out if she
is really black or a very dark chestnut.
Since we are not too concerned
about color we just wait for her foals - any
bay or black foal by one of
our sorrel/red roan studs means - she is,
indeeed, black. Any sorrel foal
means - we don't know. AQHA registered her
as a blue roan - now that she
is not!
Update
May 2025 - she had
a buckskin filly by a red roan stallion,
which indicates that she is, indeed,
a faded black that also carries a cream
gene, which does not express on
black.

her at the ranch working cattle
for several years. Very sensitive, quick,
and athletic, watches a cow and
she pretty much trained herself.
She
is by our good Paddys
Irish Whiskey stud - his daughters are ones
to keep.
Her
first foal by Two Timin
Shiner in 2015, a blue roan stud colt, sold
as stallion prospect. She is
exposed to our Once In A Blu Boon son for a
2025 foal.
